A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and a formal confirmation voucher has been issued. Because prices for flights and hotels are dynamic and subject to market changes, we reserve the right to adjust quotes until the final payment is successfully processed. Please be aware that GoTripAir Holidays may also charge a non-refundable administrative fee for certain specialized booking services.
All cancellations are strictly under the specific terms and conditions set by the third-party airline, hotel, or tour operator involved. If a traveler fails to show up for a flight, hotel check-in, or scheduled excursion, the booking will be 100% non-refundable. Approved refunds may take between 15 and 45 days to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of the involved bank and service provider.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all passports have at least 6 months of validity and that all necessary visas have been obtained prior to travel. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, as GoTripAir Holidays is not responsible for any costs arising from medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or lost luggage.
GoTripAir Holidays acts as an agent between you and service providers like airlines and hotels; therefore, we are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or delays caused by these third parties. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel travel services due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such events, we will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives to our clients where possible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
